Each year, we recognize exceptional leaders who have made a lasting difference in the lives of young men across New Jersey. In 2025, we are proud to honor three outstanding individuals and one organization for their dedication to empowering, motivating, and inspiring the next generation.

As our signature fundraising event, sponsorships directly support Boys to Leaders Foundation’s mission to provide leadership training, mentorship, educational programs, and personal and professional development opportunities for young men.
